Preparing Unified Communications Applications for Use after Installation

1. Click on the Navigation dropdown box and choose Cisco Unified Serviceability and click Go.

2. Login with Username: administrator and password: dCloud123!

3. From the main menu, choose Tools > Service Activation.

4. Choose cucm1—CUCM Voice/Video from the drop down menu and click Go. You will see that all services are deactivated.

5. Check the following services:

Cisco Call Manager

Cisco CTI Manager

Cisco Extension Mobility

Cisco Extended functions

Cisco TFTP

Cisco WebDialer Web Service

Self-Provisioning IVR

Cisco Bulk Provisioning Service

Cisco AXL Web Service (pre-selected)

Cisco UXL Web Service

Cisco DirSync
