UCCX9 Script to Collect Caller Input and Play It Back

In the directory of ccx script editor, open script called “Collect_Digits” with CCX script editor

 

Add a new variable

 

Expand acctno and successful tree.

 

Add create generated prompt to collect digits that are entered by the caller

 

And play it back
