Upload record wav file to default folder. It’s a sound tells caller to press “1” for Chinese service.
When caller calls in, by default, we assume he is an English speaker
Play prompt to remainder caller input 1 for Chinese service
Set retry times to 0 to cancel “are you still here” before input timeout
Set up digit 1 for an action
Open up “changelanguage” sub tree, then set caller is a Chinese speaker after pressed “1” and send to HK-CSQ
For “timeout” and “unsuccessful” , we send caller to US-CSQ and consider there is an English speaker
Play prompt after choice or timeout. Welcome prompt will be the language depends on your choose, either timeout or pressing “1”
