The Workaround to Fix 3905 Time Bug

When 3905 phone registers to CME, there will be a bug about timezone。 Here is the workaround：

Update firmware 9-2-2-0

upload tzupdater.jar

Step1 upload files

tftp-server flash0:tzupdater.jar

tftp-server flash0:APP3905.9-2-2-0.zz alias APP3905.9-2-2-0.zz

tftp-server flash0:CP3905.9-2-2-0.loads alias CP3905.9-2-2-0.loads
