UnityCN broadcast message

Prerequisites:

CCM has integrated with UnityCN. For this case, the integration is with the SIP trunk.

Purposes:

Enable voicemail user “pc” the capability that sends the broadcast messages to each user.

Step1: Enter user voicemail box and enable broadcasting message settings:

Step 2: Customize keypad mapping setting and map the broadcast message to key “8”

Step 3: go back to user setting and change the touchtone conversation to keypad mapping 1 which is set in step 2.

Step 4: create a call-handler for directing the callers to broadcast admin:

Callers don’t need to hear any greetings:


After nothing greeting, direct the call to broadcast administrator:

Step 5: In CCM, setup trunk which passes the user to voicemail call-handler and setup the route-pattern accordingly:

After user signing in the mailbox, pressing 8 to enter broadcast message

1            create broadcasting message

#    end recording message

#           send the message to every user including sender.
