When you are willing to change domain name in CUPS9
The first thing you should do is go to the serviceability page and stop running the following services :
Tools> Feature Service :
Cisco SIP Proxy
Cisco Presence Engine
Tools>Network Service:
Cisco XCP Router
Click Settings
Change the DOMAIN name
It’s better off if you can reboot your server.
